Thodar is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We do not sell physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping is involved in our services.
2. Delivery of Services
2.1 Instant Activation
Upon successful payment for a subscription plan, your account will be automatically and immediately activated. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address with invoice details.
2.2 Access to Features
You can access the premium features of Thodar immediately after payment confirmation by logging into your account at https://app.thodar.indraveentech.in.
3. Delays or Issues
In the rare event that your account is not activated immediately after payment deduction:
- Please check your email spam folder for the confirmation.
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
- If the issue persists, contact us immediately at support@indraveentech.in. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
